The AIT Group Partners with Farsight to deliver Innovation Practice

AIT Group’s FarSight Innovation capability is provided in partnership with Dr. George Land, a Pulitzer Prize Nominee for his work in Transformation Theory and his book “Grow or Die.” Over the last 40 years, he has worked with some of the world's leading companies to create and refine a methodical approach to innovation that is supported by both science and collaborative decision making technology.

AIT Group's Competitive Strategy & Innovation Practice utilizes this proprietary systematic approach to achieve breakthrough change in all areas of the Enterprise - very similar to the way Lean Six Sigma has been used to drive Continuous Improvement throughout the Enterprise:

• Competitive Strategy Development
• New Markets Identification
• New Product Development
• Supply Chain Transformation
• Marketing, Sales, Customer Service & Support
• Organization Design

AIT Group can either facilitate the application of FarSight Innovation methodology and tools within your company, or help your company develop experienced innovation practitioners using the same Train-Apply-Review approach to knowledge transfer as Lean Six Sigma.
