Ulrich seem to cover everything. I would look for a resource Category sorted by region and city. This would help to locate resources. A rating or reference from those who have worked with them before would also be helpful.

Suggestion list:
1. Managing contact Lists.
2. Dividing contact lists into interest groups and projects.
3. Sending messages and posts to groups-direct mail or others.
4. Identifying buyers and suppliers or both.
5. Prospect management.
6. Managing sales by product, client, region, country or continent.
7. Viewing analytic reports in various formats.
