Hi,
I have defined a list of key features of a personal CRM tool so that an average user could have at least the most relevant features to stay competitive and spending very low amounts - if any at all.
Let us consider the main resources:
1) A big contacts database;
2) The hability to group the database be any possible criteria, creating segmented contact lists;
3) A products/services index;
4) A set of all sales contacts done or under negotiations in order to have up-to-date-statistics;
5) Integration with Office tools to send/receive bids, proposals and messages to clients/prospects;
6) Tools for quick analysis of sales efforts;
7) Integration tools and interfaces for other sytems.
Am I missing something? Pelase confirm.Thanks,

I also forgot to mention other cool features:
Use by multiple users over the WEB;
Possibility ot integrate multiple personal databases on one central repository(sales teams);
Data import from other CRM tools, Exchange and Social Network sites;

what else?
